Returns:
In order to return any item, it need to be in perfect, resellable condition. We totally understand that sometimes the fits just aren’t right or you second guess your decision (we won’t reach out to your spouse to confirm).
Use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. Please include a note in your package indicating your order number. We will refund your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and is processed.
Exchanges:
In order to exchange any item, it need to be in perfect, resellable condition. It should be noted, that with lower overhead we can’t guarantee we’ll have an item in stock and in your new size. If we are sold out, we will happily refund your and make note on early access for other goods.
Use our Return Portal to receive a return slip through USPS. As soon as you have done that please email the919collective@gmail.com to let us know what item you are exchanging and what you would like to be sent back to you.
Missing or Damaged Goods:
Send us an email at the919collective@gmail.com and we’ll sort through the issue. If your package was stolen or impossibly lost by the fine folks of the USPS, we are not liable with proof of shipping.
